Teenage adventures Megamind (Dastardly evil edition) Chapter 3 : Consequences 

 Megamind, Wayne and Roxanne sat in the detention room watching the clock tick away counting down the moments they would be free and the day would be over.

 Megamind held an ice pack up to his head to try and make the headache that he had received after hearing fan girls screaming at Wayne all day long. While Wayne’s ears were still ringing, the loud beeps made it hard for him to concentrate on his homework. Normally, he would not bother doing homework at school, but it was the only thing they were allowed to in detention other then sit still and face the board. 

Roxanne felt that the day's events were too anti-climactic for her reporter senses. She could not shake the feeling something was off about her sister's behavior, back when they were at the lockers. The way Sanne freaked out when she noticed her necklace blinking, the way she made up any excuse she could to get away and examine it. She had to talk to Sanne about it or else it will keep her up all night. 

Roxanne could not let that happen especially since their mother had the habit of getting up at five and expected them to be bright eyed and bushy tailed by six thirty every morning. Roxanne looked up from her notebook she was writing and eyed the boys to make sure they were not getting into any more fights Roxanne was honored to get this chance Terrance could have picked someone from his staff to look after them but instead enlisted her help. 

Roxanne knew it was probably because Terrance was her mother's best friend and the fact that Terrance said that Megamind behaved better with Wayne when she entered the room. 

Megamind continued to stare at the clock tick, as he put his feet up on the desk and crossed his arms with every stroke of the clock Megamind grew more, and more impatient. He was so bored he was ready to explode! They could not listen to their music, he could not work with tools or embarrass Wayne, and he could not flirt with Roxanne even though she was right there it was so unfair. He had finished his homework in class, so he was left with nothing to do but stare at the clock. 

He could feel his sanity drift away with every waking moment of staring at the old digital clock make an annoying ticking sound, over and over again that seemed to multiply his already severe migraine that brewed and boiled within his mind. 

Suddenly the room grew very warm. Megamind could feel the cold beads of sweat drip down the sides of his big bald head; he looked out of the corner of his right eye. He could see Wayne looking down at their alabra homework his right arm clutching his head as he looked down at the single piece of paper with frustrated and confused. 

On any other given day Megamind would have loved to see Wayne struggle with intellectual thinking and watch as he broke his pencil and fly it across the room. Forcing him to grab another pencil and ask for his help with embarrassment. But today he was too stressed out to care about humiliating Wayne. So many things happened today it was hard for him to cope.

 Megamind's vision began to blur in and out, he tried to squint to see better but it was no use . His mouth began to run dry; he was sweating so porously that the moisture in his body was bleeding out in waves. Megamind waved his hands over his face to keep it cool his ears started to ring all he could hear was Roxanne and Wayne’s muffled cries as he slid off his chair and onto the floor.

 "Look what I told you is the truth, yes I know it is hard to believe Megamind did say he had a terrible headache, but I do not know how bad his headaches get Mom." Roxanne said as she wrote down what her mother said as a reporter, it was her mother's job to research about everything .Including medical treatments and healing methods in case they end up questioning a doctor they do not look like a moron. 

 The problem was her mother was a very hot headed woman and once she sets her mind on something it is hard to convince her otherwise. Roxanne pinched the bridge of her nose with irritation; Roxanne was in the brink of having a bad migraine herself. As she clutched the phone way from her ear as her mother screamed threw the speakers about bothering her at work and asking the school nurse. 

 "We can't do that the school nurse got fired recently so our school is looking for a new one, Terrance says they were not able to find a new one yet". Roxanne said calmly as she rolled her chair towards where Megamind was sitting.  Took out a rag from her bag and patted Megamind's head. Megamind winched and tried to roll way but Wayne held him down as Megamind began to wiggle and squirm likes a small child. 

 Wayne bursted out with laugher and said, "Roxie go get my Camera we have to document this"!

 Roxanne glared at him and said, "This isn't a joke Wayne Megamind could be having a  seizure for all me know I need to get someone in here to help him quick".

 Wayne shook his head and said, "I do not know anybody who could help us I barely know how my own body works".

 Roxanne frowned and said, "But there has to be someone, he doesn't treat his own wounds when you guys fought did he?"

 Wayne shrugged 

 Roxanne rolled her eyes and said, "Oh Thank you Metro Dude you are such a kind and caring hero who puts other's health above his own". She said her voice dripping with Sarcasm.

 Roxanne paced back and forth the phone still near her ear as she groaned with frustration and said, “ Mom we tired the towel method he just ended up stealing the towel away from Wayne and punching him in the face, What? Of course I thought it was funny but this is a serious situation here! Megamind might be under severe stress, what do mean what he’s got nothing to be stressed about? He is big headed bald blue boy in a world hair! No Iam not on my period mom you claim down!”  

“Oh no Wayne grabbing towel and use the towel on Megamind and its remind me of cartoon Mom” said Roxanne laughing

 “Oh this is funny Wayne make Megamind dance “ Wayne was hold to Megamind’s arms like a puppet his legs dragging on the floor lifeless like a ragdoll.

 “Stop Wayne Megamind needs to relax”

 “Yeah, Yeah, Roxie but its fun and its hilarious”- Wayne glanced over at Roxanne and gasped with fear he could feel Roxanne’s cold blue eyes glaring at him.

 “Okay, okay I will stop”.

 Roxanne tried to think of someone who would know Megamind on the inside and out when suddenly it came to her .Minion she thought with excitement

 “Mom I got go”. Roxanne said with hurry that she did not hear her mother’s anger threats about hanging up on her.When Megamind's eyes shot open he gasped as if he had been holding his breath under water for too long and looked around the room.

"You fainted, Megamind".

 Megamind gapsed and said, "Not again! as he raised his hands up to his face with shame as he shook his head in disbelief. 

"What do yo mean by again?!" Wayne asked he had never remembered a time where Megamind had fainted out of nowhere like that before. 

Megamind frowned  and said," I was hoping you guys would never find out that is why I never told you Wayne I was afraid you would use it to your advange".

" You see it is a denfense machinism of our people, my people need a massive amount of sugar everyday and at least  four or five hours of sleep to keep our bodies functioning. 

But lately I have been working on a big project in my lair, I have not slept very well lately. because I can not sleep without getting the ideas out my head or else I will feel like Iam going to brust I kinda passed out from overexerting myself". Megamind explained with embrassment his cheeks during more and more purple as he felt Roxanne and Wayne's gaze on him. 

Roxanne frowned and said, "I may not know you that well Megamind so I have no right to judge but do you ever think about the conquences of your actions before you do anything?"

Roxanne rolled her eyes and said, "Did you even listen to what I said?

Megamind looked over at Roxanne and said, "Huh what did you say"?

Roxanne glared at him and said, "You know what Iam done for today you guys are free to go ". 

"Roxie wait" !  Wayne said as he flew after her, but not before Wayne shook his head at Megamind as he went after Roxanne.

"Great now she thinks that I do not listen to her or repect her". Said Megamind out loud as he kicked the desk with frustration

She had helped him when he fainted and he thanked her by gwaking at her instead of listening to what she had to say even though it probably could have really helped him, I got to talk to her I need to fix this. He carefully pulled something out of his pocket, and looked down at it he had worked so hard on this just for her and he wanted to give it to her. 

It was something he knew that Roxanne wanted, and needed. He took his time every single night since he had met her to create this  beautiful peice of artwork he never worked so hard before he hoped it would be enough to get her forgiveness He opened the plam of his hand where he grasped the object gently inside the center of it shimmering brightly in the reflection of the light. 

He looked down at the errings that he had hand made they were brillrant  diamond pearls in Roxanne's favorite color blue. He hoped she liked them. 

Quickly ran towards the direction that Roxanne and Wayne went as he carfully held the box on his way to give them to Roxanne however he had accidenly bumped into two  buff football players they looked down at him with anger. One of them had black hair and green eyes the other one had sandy blonde hair and brown eyes.

The green eyed  one grabbed Megamind by his shirt and said, " Watch where you are going you freak"! as he shoved Megamind on the ground like he was a peice of trash as he rubbed his hands back and forth with disguest

" Hey you are not authorized to touch another student, it is against school policy".  said a skinny gangly bruette with blue eyes his expression was so grim it would make a child cry. He pushed his glasses up and looked down at Megamind with curiosity as he eyed him from head to toe before rolling his eyes and offering his hand out to Megamind. 

The green eyed one glared at the boy and said, "You sure got a big mouth but I do not see you doing anything about it tweab".

The boy looked blankly at the bullies Megamind looked at him with shock he did not even seem phazed by the green eyed boys threat.

 In fact it appeared like he did not have  any emotions at all. The boy was as stiff as a brick. Hard and emotionless unchanged no matter how many times the wind tried to tear it down, the brick wall still stood above all other bulidings.

The eyed one  huddled around the kid and tired to punch him but to Megamind's suprise the small scrony hall montior had caught his fist! The black haired boy with green eyes tried to go in for another punch but the kid ducked and looked back at the bully looking very bored and unimpressed

" Enough, you can go at me all day but you will acomplish nothing come on blue boy lets get your ingury treated he said in montone voice as he helped Megamind up. 

The bullies glared at the boy and ran away the last thing they needed was a ticket to the prinpals office, they did not expect the kid to be so ferice and neither did Megamind he just stared at the boy with shock. 

"Thanks um, whats your name"? Megamind asked with embrassment he felt bad this guy just helped him and he did not even know the boy's name

"My name is Benard, why were you running so  fast you know with the speed you were going you could have hurt yourself or your ademic record at least".  he said dryly 

"My record is already hurt my firend I'm known as the city's bad boy". 

Benard took a look at Megamind as if seeing him for the first time and he said, "Oh I remember you, you were that blue boy that set off a paint bomb that closed the gifted school weren't you"?

"Yes, yes I was". Megamind said with Pride 

"What were you thinking that was the most idiotic thing in the world to do I have no idea how you got into that school, You do not seem very intelligent you must have cheated on your IQ test". he said bluntly as he pushed his glasses up 

" Exuse me who do you think you are! Iam Megamind the incredibly hansome crimmal genius and master of all villiany and you have no right to accuse me of being a less species in that reguard! It is you that needs your head examed my firend, for I have deep eablerate thoughts that are teaming with so many algorithms and inventive science  your feeble mind could not even begin to comprand." Megamind said intelligently 

Benard smirked and said," Perhaps I was wrong about you, you are not stupid you are  insane if you really are as smart as you say you are why are you wasting time with trying to destory someone who can not be destroyed".

"Because, I do I do not have explain it to you!" Megamind answered

Benard nodded and said, Nice to meet someone who I can talk to you will not believe how many idiots are at this school 

"Tell me about it".  Megamind said with agreement 

"So Tell how does your Dehraytion gun work"? Benard asked 

"Don't push it Benard". Megamind responded 

Thanks by the way Megamind said 

For what Benard asked 

"For saving me, now let's go find Roxanne and Wayne they are probably at the school cafeitrea"

"That's cafeteria". Benard corrected 

"Whatover!". Megamind said childishly  

Benard sighed and shook his head.
