Frostbite Chapter 7  Night terrors

Frostbite was walking through a narrow hallway  it was the same dream for the past five years she would walk through  the threshold of the hallway and hear a girl play violin but this was no ordinary violin the bow was on fire it was as if whenever she played depending on what type of note she played and the patterns she choose affected the type of powers she had as Frostbite entered her tempo started to pick up her eyes glowed a fierce purple and started right at Frostbite and said When the sun rises on the 20th day of saving the city a terrible evil shall come and take away the person you love most before you have a chance to confess a thermos force shall vaporize Bite CIty and everyone shall die.

Frostbite quivered and said "You are lying that will never happen you are not real you are a figment of my imagination "! seriously as she pointed at her with anger The girl chuckled and said

"You are getting closer this is the first time you obtained the dream enough to get passed the premonition however I Am very real I Am going to take him whether you like it or not it is my job ". She said as Black angel wings came out from her back as she picked up her violin and started to play again as she did the earth around Frostbite started to crumple and shake Frostbite glared at her and thought I got to take that Violin from her.....her powers are obvious coming from it...as she dogged flying pieces  from the house and ran up the wall and kicked her in the head and took her Violin and snapped it in half and said Ha not so powerful without your precious Violin

the girl looked at with a smirk and said "Reversal Travelicious "

"What the fuck is that supposed to mean"? said Frostbite suddenly felt something wet come down from her jacket she looked down and the violin was completely unharmed but Frostbite looked like she was in the urge of death she tried to keep her composure  but it was for Frost not to freak out one of Frostbite's worst fears was being brought to life Dying  alone  The girl left when she went to check to see what was wrong with her to find blood all over herself Frostbite totally forgot that it was a dream and started to scream as she fell on the floor blood stains getting on the white carpet dying it red in some areas

"Who are you "! she cried as she tried to stand up but ended up being shocked to death by magical energy

"My name is Viola the violinist and I Am a Death god I take people into the afterlife to be renewed in a different form or a different life sometimes if they are really good a second chance at the life they already have..".......

Frostbite did not really belief in afterlife she had read the christian bible and believed that it was a way to teach life lessons and grown ups use it as a outlet to renew their sins however Frostbite was neutral sometimes she believed sometimes she didn't but the proof that their maybe a god is right in front her threatening to kill her in her sleep what was she supposed to do just sit lay there and let her get killed by a complete stranger..


Meanwhile in the real life Mr Winters shot up at the sound of his daughter's screaming she is having that dream again she had been Dreaming of this Death angel Viola for some time Antonio knew about it because his wife used to dream of her too when they were her age but as they got married she mysteriously disappeared Antonio did not know if this Voila person was real or fake but she must not be a nice girl if she is keeping her daughter awake if she is real. Antonio tried many times to sooth her daughter but his affections did not seem to work He was running out of options Frostbite was thrashing around her bed as she was about to die and she was sweating Antonio quickly took her temperature 200 degrees not good I need to cool my daughter down. I need to call him he quickly took the phone and dialed the number


Meanwhile Heatwave was laughing on the floor about a joke Anthony Plank had just told him Anthony was a very funny guy he was always trying to please everyone with his sense of humor everybody liked him even the people that used to make fun of Heat loved his friend Anthony suddenly his phone rang he looked at his phone with shock who could that be at this hour not that I mind I was kinda getting bored... he thought

"Hello" ? he said hesitantly

"Oh Heat your wake thank god I need your help it is me Mr. Winters Frostbite's father".

"What do you need help with I will walk over there I live across the street sir You can just walk over here  you don't have to call ".

"I'm afraid I do I do not want to wake your parents I just want you to come over here it is important and It might score you brownie points with Frostbite if you do it concerns her. "

Heatwave nearly spilt out the coke he was drinking at the mentioning of his crush "Is she already is she hurt did someone hurt her because if they did I swear to god I will burn them inside out"! He said threateningly clenching his fist as he pounded on his computer desk accidentally spilling his coke on the floor he looked at the spilt Coke in fear Oops my mom is gonna kill me..He thought

"I will be there in the meantime don't move Mr.Winters !" Heatwave said in a hurry as he put on his black sweatshirt and ran out the house leaving his parents a note before he left.

Heat please help her she needs you more than ever thought Antonio  bitterly

'Ahhhhhhhh"! Frostbite screamed as she thrashed around in her bed sweat dripping from her forehead  as she hyberveinated  Antonio patted her daughter's forehead with a wet cloth and stroked her naturally blue hair with his fingertips  The nightmare is getting worse what the hell is going on in their Frost ….

Meanwhile with Frostbite

"You are out of your mind you think you can kill me Frost  I'm a angel I can not feel pain I can sympathize with it but I can not feel anything other than Compassion or resentment please I do not like taking Heatwave anymore then you do but the lord has spoken". Said Viola

"YOU are sick in the head if you think I'm just gonna stand there and let you kill Heatwave "!


"Death is a part of life you can not avoid it evenly I will come after you too and you can join him ". Voila stated as she pulled out her violin and started to play a sad depressing melody with a hint of dark and sinister chorus it made Frostbite come paralyzed with fear.... No you can not freeze Ice ice freezes you I got to get that violin but how AHhh she thought as a fire shot from her bow and arrow again I'm starting to get hot under the collar I have to stop her she thought as she was sweating profusely. Fire is definitely not my element  wait we are inside my mind I control this world I can send for help.   

There has got to be a way she thought desperately suddenly her eyes grew wide and thought about what her dad once said

Young Frost stared at her father she had heard someone call her smart and brave after someone called her a coward but Frost did not know the difference from being brave and being a coward so she looked at her father and asked Father

"Yes Frost"? he said staring out the window with the news paper in his hands that were tied behind his back he had a look of reassuring and understanding that she could ask him anything.

"What is the difference from being a coward and being brave? ".

He smiled and said I'm glad you asked Frost have seat

Frostbite sat down and looked a her father as he opened his mouth and said ,

"Everyone feels fear everyone hides but the difference between being brave and a coward is a coward can not face their fear they are too afraid of what lies ahead to think straight. Being brave is acknowledging that you are afraid but you do not let your fear cloud your judgment change is scary but evidently change happens . you can do it Frost Humans are adaptable creatures we are built to do extraordinary things people faces their fears all the time from doing a marriage proposal to their first job interview life is full of chances .Frost  you can't avoid it but you can decide whether you want to be a coward or brave it is your life Frostbite do as best as you can to make it the life you always wanted" …...He finished confidently

Young Frost smiled and said "you are pretty brave dad you never let anything bother you".

He laughed and said "That is not true a lot of things bother me".

like what she responded with her head turned to the side like a confused puppy.

"Like the fact that it is 8:00 and you are not in bed young lady".

Young Frost pouted and said "whatever".

"You were right father I Am no coward I know I can do this! " she said confidently

She has a condinant spark on her face she is more sure of herself but she does not stand a chance.

"SO Viola what do you fear". ? said Frostbite with a smirk

"I told you I fear nothing I am incapable of fear you are wasting your time".

"Bull shit ". Frostbite muttered under her breath

"Come again"? Viola stated

"I said that is Bocus everyone feels fear".

"And I will find yours". said Frostbite

Meanwhile with Heatwave

Heatwave ran into the Winters house and went straight for Frostbite's room without hesitation and pushed passed her father looking at him with dispersion

"Please help her".  he said

"Don't you worry I will help her as long as I'm with her she is safe you can count on that ".he stated

So what is wrong with her he asked hesitantly

"Night terrors". her father stated

Heatwave stood there and shook the fearless Frostbite winters having Nightmares it seems like something out of fiction but the proof was right in front of him.

"So what do I have to do? "said Heatwave

"You have to sooth her I tried to do it but every time I did the nightmares got worse she shouted your name so I just assumed you are the only one that can help her. "

Heatwave became as red a tomato she called my name in her sleep she could have called any name in the whole world and she called his.

"You must mean a lot to her she has never called anyone's name in her sleep before"

"Never"? said Heatwave seriously

"Never ".he echoed towards Heatwave  

So I guess the guys are right you are falling for me Said Heatwave as he stroked her blue hair softly and did what he came to do sooth her He had been dreaming about this  for awhile But I wish you were awake he thought  Suddenly she started to cool down she turned her body away from him with a sigh of relief escaping from her mouth.


Meanwhile with Frostbite

Frostbite was fighting Voila when suddenly she started to burst into flames she let out a ear piercing scream as she put her angel wings in from her body before she operated from existence.

What the fuck …....Frostbite thought as she saw the dark haunted Mansion turn into a park with a swing and Heatwave was sitting on one the swings he opened his mouth and said "Frost I'm not going anywhere I will always be here for you I just need you to cool down you are burning your father is getting worried sick please Frost you got to live..you got to survive you worked too hard  die now"! .

What is that beeping sound thought Frostbite the sound was getting faster and faster What is that light

Heatwave jumped in front of her and said No you can not go towards that you will die you are in the in between you gotta pull through Frost

What ….... I can not die not here not now Frostbite thought as she collapsed in pain she could not move

She closed her eyes and thought back when she was little she did not have any friends yet She had void and Danny but they rarely were her friends back then once time she showed one of the kids in school her ice powers and they backed away from her and said What are you some sort of freak everyone stay away from her she is a freak

"I'm not a freak Frostbite shouted at them And I will show you all someday I will be a famous artist and I'm gonna be somebody! ".

Frostbite never gave up no matter who teared down she was she pressed on even if her kindness when her dream stayed.

Heatwave suddenly transformed into Viola and said" It was not my desire to take you but I eliminate those who get in the way of my goal and you will not stop me. His fate is not going to change no matter how hard you try"

In the real world

"I tried to sooth her Mr winters it was not enough I should have tried harder now she is going to die in the hospital because of me". said Heatwave  as he started at her bleeding from the inside out

"It is not your fault at least we know this viola death god she has been dreaming about is real all we have to hope she lives through it she has got to fight it.." Said her dad looking at Heatwave

.Suddenly Heatwave ran into the hospital room as she was being operated on knocking out the doctors and pulled his hand out and said "Reversal Travelicious"!

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"! Heatwave cried as he fell down on his knees as the injury Frostbite posited started to fade away from her body and transfer itself into his own he smiled and said "Frostbite I love you you deserve to live more than I do I hope you find happiness without me my only regret is I did not tell you how I felt sooner he said weakly as he fell on the hospital floor bleeding to death in front of Antonio.

Antonio cried and shook his head and thought what a stupid boy he was willing to die so that my daughter can live he does not deserve to die why did you take him god he had a heart of gold...I'm 45 for goodness sake take me instead leave the children alone he thought desperately

As Heatwave's life line was fading Frostbite started to gasp for breath and looked around to see herself in the hospital … What happened I thought I was about to die someone must have saved me But who she looked down at the ground and saw Heatwave she rushed to his side.

"Heatwave please you got to live"! she said she yelled

-"N-No Fro-Frost I deserve this I have-had to save you you"! he said weakly just before he lost his consciousness

"Help someone help"!  she shouted desperately

A nurse saw Heatwave collapsed on the ground and "Get Doctor Vein  in here immediately " !
